Post 10: English Language

For me English has never been an issue. I feel like I’ve always knew English, obviously not in a perfect way but I can understand the language pretty well. I think I learned the language by watching one summer all the season Supernatural had on that time, then I went back to school and realized I understand what the teacher was saying in English.

By taking English this semester I didn’t have much time on the week to study and do the things I had to because I have currently 8 curses, that’s why I don’t really have time to do anything but college related. I do admit it was fun go to English classes because I was with my friend Cata, this semester we didn’t have that much classes together so I get to see her on Wednesday. The blogs were fun too, even though I miss many of them (this one I’m uploading late so probably I won’t count on my grade :/).

Aside from the English classes I use the language every day to be honest, every day I read something in English because I like to read the books and stories on their original language and most of times its English. With the things I have to improve on my English I would say I need to improve my writing skills; I feel like I don’t use different types of connectors so my writing seems basic.

That’s it. I really like to learn different languages and I’m good at it, I catch on quickly on the meaning of the words I listing. At some time of my life I was learning Italian but then I stopped practicing so I don’t remember lots of words. The language I understand a little and I’m trying to learn its Korean, I like things Korean related (kpop, kdrama, that sort of things) and I been listening the language for almost three years and I know how to read it even though I don’t understand it and I know some words.
